Chloe Duncan
I founded Lakeview Ledgers out of a genuine passion for numbers and a desire to help business owners feel more confident in their finances. With a background in accounting and a BBA, I go beyond traditional bookkeeping — acting as a trusted partner and advisor to help clients better understand their numbers and make informed business decisions.
Having grown up on the North Shore, I’ve been lucky to call Whistler home for over 15 years. I was drawn here by the incredible outdoor lifestyle the Sea to Sky offers, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me exploring the mountains, trails, and everything this beautiful area has to offer

Dave Duncan
Coming from a background in sales and retail management, I’ve always been passionate about customer experience, business growth, and the day-to-day operations that help a company succeed. I support Lakeview Ledgers behind the scenes and enjoy contributing to the growth of a business built around strong relationships and meaningful client support.
Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, I moved to Whistler for snowboarding and never looked back. Outside of work, I’m a huge sports fan and enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible, taking advantage of everything the Sea to Sky has to offer.
Co-Owner & Business Support 
I bring over 15 years of administrative experience, along with 5 years of bookkeeping experience. I genuinely enjoy this work, especially being part of a company like Lakeview Ledgers, which is passionate about supporting the success and growth of its clients and their business.
I’ve been living in the Sea to Sky corridor for over 10 years, spending 8 years in Whistler before recently moving to Squamish. My partner and I have two young boys, and we love exploring everything this beautiful area has to offer - from hiking trails, beaches, lakes, playgrounds and pump tracks. We truly feel spoiled by the endless outdoor activities here.
